Heart-Healthy Clove & Hibiscus Herbal Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (sliced)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • A slice of lemon (optional)

Preparation Method:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add cloves, dried hibiscus flowers, ginger, and cinnamon stick to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture into a cup or jar.
  6. Add honey and lemon if desired.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.

How to Use:

  • Drink 1 cup daily.
  • Can be consumed warm or cold depending on preference.
