Rosemary Tea


Ingredients
1–2 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 cup hot water
Optional: honey, lemon, or ginger for taste
Instructions
Heat water
Bring water just to a boil, then let it cool slightly (about 1 minute).
Steep
Add rosemary to the cup and pour hot water over it.
Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain
Remove the leaves (or strain if loose).
Flavor (optional)
Add honey or lemon if you like.
How to use
Drink 1 cup once or twice a day.
Don’t overdo it—strong herbal teas can be intense in large amounts.
