Homemade Oreo Mud Pie

A rich and creamy no-bake chocolate pie with an Oreo crust, silky chocolate filling, and fluffy whipped topping! 😍

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Chocolate Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 4 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 whole Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl until evenly combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the melted chocolate and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until light and fluffy.
  8. Spread the chocolate filling evenly into the cooled Oreo crust.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Top with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and whole Oreo cookies.
  11. Slice and serve chilled.
