Cheesy Bread in 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or corn flour)
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Butter for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cheese.
  2. Add egg, milk, and butter; mix until smooth.
  3. Shape into discs or one round.
  4. Cook in a greased skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding herbs like oregano or parsley to the batter.
