Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or corn flour)
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cheese.
- Add egg, milk, and butter; mix until smooth.
- Shape into discs or one round.
- Cook in a greased skillet over medium heat.
- Cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding herbs like oregano or parsley to the batter.
