Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup NESTLE CARNATION Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions:
Line 8-inch-square baking pan with foil. COMBINE sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan.
Heat over medium, stirring constantly until it reaches a full rolling boil.
Continue boiling and stirring for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate morsels, nuts, and vanilla extract.
Stir vigorously for about a minute until marshmallows are fully melted.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until it becomes firm.
Remove from the pan by lifting the foil and cut into pieces.
