1- Sleeping on the stomach:
These people experience shortness of breath because the weight of their back and skeleton rests on their lungs.
Sleeping on their stomach is absolutely unhealthy.
3- Sleeping on the left side:
Food normally takes 2 to 4 hours to pass through the stomach. If a person sleeps on their left side, it will take 5 to 8 hours to digest food. This is because the right lung, which is larger, presses on the heart and liver, the largest organs, leaving them suspended in a state of anxiety.
👈So sleeping on the left side is also unhealthy.
4- Sleeping on the right side:
The left lung is smaller and lighter, and the liver, the largest organ in the body, is located on the ground, so digestion occurs quickly.
🌞So this is the best way to sleep, and you’ll be completely relaxed.
Here is this noble hadith that confirms the truth of proper sleep:
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“When you go to bed, perform ablution as for prayer, then lie on your right side, then say: ‘O Allah, I submit my face to You and entrust my affair to You.'”

Sleeping on your back is the sleep of kings,
Sleeping on your stomach is the sleep of devils,
Sleeping on your left side is the sleep of the rich, due to their abundant eating.
” Sleeping on the right side is the sleep of the pious and the scholars. It is also the sleep of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace
