Steak Cobb Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 grilled steak, sliced

2 boiled eggs, halved

1 avocado, sliced

6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved

2 strips crispy bacon

¼ red onion, sliced

Romaine lettuce or mixed greens

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: green dressing (ranch or cilantro-lime)

Instructions:

  1. Grill or pan-sear steak to your preferred doneness. Let it rest, then slice.
  2. Boil eggs, peel, and cut in half.
  3. Arrange lettuce on a plate. Top with avocado, tomatoes, steak, eggs, bacon, and red onion.
  4. Drizzle with your favorite dressing.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve fresh!
