🛒 Ingredients
For the Stir-Fry:
2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips 🍗
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced 🌶️
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced 🌶️
1 small onion, sliced 🧅
1 tbsp soy sauce 🧂
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp chili flakes or chili paste 🌶️
1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
1 tbsp vegetable oil 🛢️
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
For the Rice & Veggie Side:
1 cup jasmine or basmati rice 🍚
2 cups water 💧
1 cup broccoli florets, steamed 🥦

Cook the rice in salted water until soft and fluffy, about 15 minutes. While the rice cooks, steam broccoli until bright green and tender-crisp. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chicken strips, stir-frying for 4–5 minutes until golden. Toss in onions and peppers, stir-fry another 4–5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and chili flakes. Cook another 1–2 minutes until everything is well coated and flavorful. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli.

Swap chicken for tofu or shrimp.
