Ingredients
- 500 g smoked sausage (sliced up)
- 500 g baby potatoes (halved)
- Greens beans (cleaned and chopped) 300 g.
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Slow Cooker Sausages, potatoes and green beans: Instructions
- Add in the green beans and the sliced sausage into the slow cooker together with the baby potatoes.
- A bowl of melted butter, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes should be mixed.
- Pour the sauce on the sausage and vegetables and glaze them.
- Bake at low or high, according to the time which will be required, 5-6 hours or 3-4 hours, respectively, until the potatoes become tender.
- One can stir one or two times throughout cooking.
- Serve with hot and pour sauce over.
