Protein Packed Rainbow Salad

Ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes (halved)

Boiled egg (halved)

Cooked chicken breast (cubed)

Corn kernels

Chopped spinach

Diced mango

Shredded purple cabbage

Plain yogurt or tzatziki sauce (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Arrange all veggies, mango, and chicken neatly on a plate.
  2. Top with yogurt or tzatziki.
