Protein-Packed Breakfast Plate

Ingredients:

2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 large tomato, sliced

½ cup firm tofu, cubed

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: dried herbs (oregano, basil)

Instructions:

  1. Boil Eggs: Hard boil the eggs (about 9–10 minutes), then cool, peel, and slice.
  2. Prep Veggies: Slice the tomato and avocado.
  3. Cube Tofu: Cut firm tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  4. Assemble Plate: Arrange the eggs, avocado, tomato slices, and tofu on a plate.
  5. Season: Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and your favorite herbs.
