One Pan Garlic Herb Chicken with Roasted Potatoes & Green Beans

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

Chicken breasts

Olive oil

Garlic (minced)

Italian herbs or seasoning

Paprika

Salt & black pepper

For the Veggies:

Baby potatoes (halved)

Fresh green beans

Olive oil

Garlic (minced)

Salt & pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven and lightly grease a baking dish. Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic, and seasoning, then place them on one side of the dish. Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper, and place in the center. On the other side, lay green beans tossed in olive oil, garlic, and salt. Roast until the chicken is golden and cooked through, the potatoes are crispy, and the beans are tender. Slice the chicken and serve with the veggies, spooning over any pan juices.
