Ingredients
2 boiled eggs (halved) 🍳

½ cup chickpeas (cooked) 🧆
6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
½ cucumber, sliced 🥒
Fresh mint leaves 🌿
Pinch of chili flakes 🌶️
Salt & black pepper 🧂
Olive oil drizzle 🫒
Method
Arrange cucumber, tomatoes, chickpeas, and avocado in a bowl.
Add halved boiled eggs on top.
Sprinkle with chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Garnish with mint and drizzle with olive oil.
