I could eat this every day: Broccoli and Cheese

Ingredients:

500g broccoli
1 egg
1 heaping tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese
150g grated cheese
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Preparation:

First, remove the stem from the broccoli, divide it into small florets, and cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

Then drain in a colander and let it cool. Then, chop it very finely and place it in a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients (egg, low-fat cottage cheese, grated cheese, salt, and pepper) to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with a fan.

Next, take about a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and, using both hands, shape it into small patties. Place them on the baking sheet. Makes 12 patties.

Bake in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes.
