Healthy Protein & Fruit Plate


Ingredients:

2 hard-boiled eggs 🥚

1 small green apple, sliced 🍏

1 ripe avocado, sliced 🥑

A handful of green grapes 🍇

A handful of blueberries 🫐

Instructions:

Boil the eggs: Place eggs in boiling water and cook for 9–10 minutes. Let them cool, then peel and slice.

Prepare the fruits: Wash and slice the green apple and avocado. Halve the grapes if desired.

Assemble your plate: Neatly arrange the eggs, avocado, apple, grapes, and blueberries on a plate.

Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt or lemon juice over the avocado for extra flavor.
