Grilled Chicken Salad Plate Recipe


🧄 Ingredients:
🍗 Grilled marinated chicken breast (herbs + garlic)

🍚 Cooked white rice

🥬 Lettuce

🥕 Shredded carrots

🍓 Sliced strawberries

🍅 Cherry tomatoes

🧀 Mozzarella balls

🍌 Fried plantains (optional side)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Grilled Chicken:

Marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt & pepper.

Grill until golden and cooked through.

Salad:

Toss lettuce, shredded carrots, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls together.

Drizzle with olive oil or your favorite dressing.

Sides:

Serve with plain white rice and optionally, a side of crispy fried plantains.
