Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
½ cup feta cheese, cubed
½ cup Kalamata olives
Mixed greens (optional)
Dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Arrange greens in a bowl.
Top with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and olives.
Whisk dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
Toss gently and enjoy fresh!
