Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)
1 ripe avocado (sliced)
2 boiled eggs (halved)
2 cups fresh mixed greens
1 tsp pumpkin seeds & hemp seeds (for topping)
Pinch of salt & black pepper
Optional: drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice
Instructions:
Place fresh greens in a bowl.
Add grilled chicken slices, avocado, and boiled eggs.
Sprinkle with seeds, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle olive oil or lemon juice before serving
