Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad Bowl

Ingredients:

1 grilled chicken breast, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

2 boiled eggs, halved

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (red & yellow), halved

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

2 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or lettuce)

Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional: olive oil, lemon juice, or vinaigrette for dressing


Instructions:

  1. Grill Chicken: Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill until fully cooked, then slice.
  2. Prepare Salad Base: In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens.
  3. Add Toppings: Arrange the grilled chicken, sliced avocado, boiled eggs, tomatoes, and red onion on top.
  4. Season & Serve: Drizzle with olive oil or your favorite dressing. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
