🌟 Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast 🍗
1 ripe avocado 🥑
1 cup sliced mushrooms 🍄
1 cucumber 🥒
4 cups mixed lettuce or romaine 🥬
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
Salt & pepper 🧂
Optional: lemon juice 🍋
🔥 Directions:
1️⃣ Grill the Chicken
Season chicken breast with salt & pepper.
Grill on medium heat ~6-7 min per side until cooked through.
Rest, then slice.
2️⃣ Sauté Mushrooms
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add sliced mushrooms, season lightly.
Cook ~5 min until browned.
3️⃣ Prep Fresh Veggies
Chop or slice cucumber.
Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and slice.
Wash and dry lettuce.
4️⃣ Assemble the Bowl
Place lettuce in the bowl.
Arrange cucumber, avocado, sautéed mushrooms, and grilled chicken on top.
5️⃣ Finish
Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Season with extra salt & pepper if desired.
