Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad

⭐ Ingredients:

1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)

1 avocado (sliced)

2 hard-boiled eggs (sliced)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

½ yellow bell pepper (sliced)

2 cups mixed lettuce/greens

2–3 tbsp ranch or creamy dressing

Salt & black pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Season chicken with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil. Grill until cooked, then slice.
