Grilled Chicken & Avocado Bowl

Ingredients:

Mixed greens

Sliced cucumber

Sliced avocado

Grilled chicken breast (sliced)

Sweet corn kernels

Instructions:

Arrange mixed greens as the base.

Add cucumber, avocado, chicken slices, and corn.

Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lime juice.

Ingredients:

Spinach or kale

Grilled shrimp

Grilled cherry tomatoes

Grilled corn (cut into chunks)

Sliced avocado

Instructions:

Layer spinach as the base.

Top with grilled shrimp, tomatoes, corn, and avocado.

Sprinkle with paprika and olive oil for added flavor.

Ingredients:

Boiled baby potatoes

Grilled shrimp

Sweet corn kernels

Sliced red onions

Diced avocado

Steamed green peas

Instructions:

Place potatoes as the base.

Add shrimp, corn, onions, avocado, and peas.

Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper and a lemon vinaigrette.

Ingredients:

Arugula or mixed greens

Roasted baby potatoes

Sliced avocado

Hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs (halved)

Instructions:

Add arugula as the base.

Top with roasted potatoes, avocado, and eggs.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili flakes for a spicy kick.
