Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)
Instructions:
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (2–3 minutes per side).
- Stir in broccoli, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- (Optional) Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce. Stir for 1 minute.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
