Ingredients:
2 cups cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
¼ cup fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
For the Honey-Yogurt Dip:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Arrange the cantaloupe cubes, strawberry halves, blueberries, and pineapple chunks on a large serving platter or board in distinct sections, leaving space in the center for the dip.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the dip into a small serving bowl and place it in the center of the fruit platter.
Garnish the platter with fresh mint leaves, tucking sprigs around the fruit for a pop of color.
Just before serving, drizzle a little extra honey over the fruit for added sweetness and shine.
