π₯ 1 ripe avocado (sliced and cubed)
π 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

1οΈβ£ Hard-boil the eggs (about 9β10 minutes), then cool and peel.
2οΈβ£ Slice the avocado: half of it into cubes, half into slices.
3οΈβ£ Halve the cherry tomatoes.
4οΈβ£ Thinly slice the red onion.
5οΈβ£ Arrange everything in a bowl: tomatoes, onion, avocado slices and cubes, egg slices.
6οΈβ£ Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
