Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
2 slices of ham
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Black sesame seeds (optional)
Salt & pepper
Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, cook eggs into a flat omelet; place bread on top while cooking to stick.
- Flip, add ham, lettuce, and tomato.
- Fold and toast both sides until golden.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm
