Egg & Ham Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread

2 eggs

2 slices of ham

Lettuce

Tomato slices

Black sesame seeds (optional)

Salt & pepper

Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan, cook eggs into a flat omelet; place bread on top while cooking to stick.
  3. Flip, add ham, lettuce, and tomato.
  4. Fold and toast both sides until golden.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm
