DOES ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY EAT

STUFFED BELL PEPPERS
Ingredients:

4 bell peppers (halved & seeded)

1 lb ground beef (or turkey)

1 cup cooked rice

1 small onion (chopped)

1 can diced tomatoes (drained)

1 cup shredded cheese

Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sauté onion & beef until browned; season.

Stir in rice & tomatoes.

Fill peppers with mixture, place in baking dish.

Top with cheese, cover with foil.

Bake 30 minutes, uncover & bake 10 more until cheese melts.
