Cucumber Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced3 avocados, cut into chunks1/4 cup red onion, finely diced1/3 cup cilantro, chopped (you can substitute with parsley or basil if preferred)3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil3 tablespoons lime juice (lemon juice can be used as an alternative)2 cloves garlic, mincedSalt and pepper to taste
