Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Delight

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Flatten the chicken breasts to even thickness using a meat mallet.
In a shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
In a third bowl, place the flour and in a fourth, the breadcrumbs.
Dredge each chicken breast first in flour, dip in egg, then coat in the Parmesan mixture, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
