Creamy Yogurt Fruit Salad


Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup grapes (red or green), halved
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
1 cup vanilla or honey Greek yogurt
Optional: 1 tsp honey + fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all fruit.
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix the fruit together.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and lightly fold until the fruit is coated.
  4. Drizzle with honey if desired.
  5. Chill for 10–15 minutes and serve with fresh mint.
