Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup grapes (red or green), halved
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
1 cup vanilla or honey Greek yogurt
Optional: 1 tsp honey + fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Wash and prep all fruit.
- In a large bowl, gently mix the fruit together.
- Add Greek yogurt and lightly fold until the fruit is coated.
- Drizzle with honey if desired.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes and serve with fresh mint.
