Creamy Protein Alfredo Zoodles


Description: A low-carb, creamy Alfredo with zoodles for pasta lovers.
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 zucchini, spiralized
1 cup grilled chicken breast, diced
1 cup shrimp (optional)
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cream cheese
ΒΌ cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Cook zucchini noodles in pan for 2 min, set aside.
In saucepan, heat cream, cream cheese, parmesan, and garlic until smooth.
Toss with chicken, shrimp, and zoodles.
