Chicken Burrito Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked white rice1 grilled chicken breast, chopped1/2 cup black beans (seasoned)1/2 cup corn (grilled or steamed)1/4 cup pico de gallo (tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice)1/2 avocado or guacamoleFresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

1. Place the rice at the bottom of a bowl.2. Arrange the chicken, black beans, corn, pico de gallo, and avocado on top.3. Garnish with fresh cilantro.4. Serve with lime wedges and optional sour cream or cheese.
