𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Cook the Burger:

Form the ground beef into a patty and season with salt and pepper.

Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).

In the last minute of cooking, top with cheese and cover to melt.

Sauté the Toppings:

In a small skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.

Add mushrooms and cook until browned and tender (about 4–5 minutes).

Add jalapeños and cook for another 1–2 minutes. Set aside.

Steam or Roast the Veggies:

Steam asparagus until just tender (about 4–5 minutes) or roast at 400°F (200°C) with a bit of olive oil for 10–12 minutes.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Plate:

Place cheesy burger on the plate, top with sautéed mushrooms and jalapeños.

Add steamed asparagus, tomato slices, and optional green beans or other sides.

Serve & Enjoy:

A squeeze of lemon over the asparagus or a dollop of mustard on the burger works great for extra flavor without calories.
