Bang-Bang Burger Egg Rolls

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sriracha sauce

1 pkg egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

Drain excess fat and add diced onion.

Stir until onion is soft, about 3 minutes.

Mix in cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

Spoon filling onto egg roll wrappers and roll them up.

Heat oil in the skillet and fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve hot and enjoy that crunch!

Optional / Notes:

Swap ground beef for ground turkey for a lighter option.

Add some chopped pickles for an extra zing!

Serve with:

Extra sriracha or ranch dressing for dipping!
