Bacon, Avocado & Egg Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients:

1 croissant (cut in half)

2 slices cheddar cheese

2 slices cooked bacon

2 boiled eggs (sliced)

1/2 avocado (sliced)

1 lettuce leaf

Salt, pepper, and sesame seeds (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the croissant lightly.
  2. Layer lettuce, cheddar, bacon, avocado, and egg slices.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds.
  4. Close the croissant and serve!
