Avocado Tomato and Cucumber Salad


Ingredients:
🥑 2 ripe avocados, diced
🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
🥒 1 cucumber, diced
🧅 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
🌿 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon or lime
🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
🌶️ 1 red chili, finely chopped (optional for spice)
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
Steps:
Prepare the Ingredients:

Dice the avocados, cucumber, and tomatoes. Finely chop the red onion, cilantro, and chili (if using).
Combine in a Bowl:

In a large bowl, mix the avocados, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and herbs.
Dress the Salad:
