Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 onion, sliced thin
1 ripe avocado, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil or lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
- Arrange chopped eggs, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil or lemon juice if desired.
