Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

3 boiled eggs

1/4 red onion, sliced

Fresh parsley or cilantro

Paprika (optional)

Salt & pepper

Method:

Cut avocados and eggs into chunks.

Add red onion and herbs.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika

.Gently mix and serve fresh!
