Avocado Bagel Breakfast Plate

Ingredients:

2 whole-grain bagels, sliced and toasted

Cream cheese (for spreading)

1 ripe avocado, sliced

2 eggs, scrambled

Fresh arugula or spinach

Cherry tomatoes (optional, for serving)

Salt, pepper & olive oil to taste

Instructions:
