2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup heavy cream (key for creaminess!)
1/3 cup honey or sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

- Blend
Blend berries, coconut milk, heavy cream, honey, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth. - Chill
Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour (this improves texture BIG time). - Freeze properly
Option A (BEST):
Pour into ice cream maker and churn according to instructions.
Option B (no machine):
Pour into a container → freeze 4–6 hours.
Stir every 30–45 minutes for first 2 hours to break ice crystals.
