Slow Cooker Sausages potatoes and green beans

Ingredients

  • 500 g smoked sausage (sliced up)
  • 500 g baby potatoes (halved)
  • Greens beans (cleaned and chopped) 300 g.
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Slow Cooker Sausages, potatoes and green beans: Instructions

  1. Add in the green beans and the sliced sausage into the slow cooker together with the baby potatoes.
  2. A bowl of melted butter, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes should be mixed.
  3. Pour the sauce on the sausage and vegetables and glaze them.
  4. Bake at low or high, according to the time which will be required, 5-6 hours or 3-4 hours, respectively, until the potatoes become tender.
  5. One can stir one or two times throughout cooking.
  6. Serve with hot and pour sauce over.
