Flavor-Packed Baked Potato (No Butter Needed!)

 Ingredients (2–4 servings)

4 large russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Optional: dried rosemary or thyme

Flavorful Butter Alternatives (Choose One or Mix!)

Olive oil (rich & savory)

Garlic herb cream cheese

Sour cream or Greek yogurt

Pesto

Tahini

Guacamole

Shredded cheese

Hummus

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prep potatoes

Wash and scrub well. Pat dry.

Poke holes with a fork 5–6 times.

Season the skin

Rub with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs.

Bake

Place directly on oven rack.

Bake 50–60 minutes until fork-tender and crispy outside.
