Shrimp & Egg Garden Salad

Ingredients:

Mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, etc.)8-10 cooked shrimp2 boiled eggs, quartered1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved1/2 cucumber, sliced1/4 cup sweet corn kernels1/4 cup quinoa (optional)Salt, pepper, and your favorite salad dressing

Instructions:

Prepare the Base: Start with a bed of mixed greens on a large plate.Add Vegetables: Scatter cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and corn over the greens.Top with Protein: Arrange cooked shrimp and boiled egg quarters evenly across the salad.Optional Additions: Sprinkle with quinoa for an extra boost of nutrients.Season & Dress: Lightly season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with your preferred salad dressing.
