Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box white or vanilla cake mix
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix (3.4 oz / 96 g)
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ tsp almond extract (key flavor!)
- ½ cup finely chopped pistachios
- Optional: a drop of green food coloring (for vibrant color)
🍰 Instructions
1. Preheat
Oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a bundt pan VERY well.
2. Mix
In a large bowl, beat:
- cake mix
- pistachio pudding mix
- eggs
- oil
- milk
- almond extract
Mix until smooth.
Fold in chopped pistachios.
3. Bake
Pour batter into pan.
Bake 45–50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Cool completely.
🍯 Pistachio Glaze
Ingredients
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 3–4 tbsp milk or heavy cream
- 2 tbsp pistachio pudding mix
- ¼ tsp almond extract
Instructions
Whisk until thick but pourable.
Pour over cooled cake and let drip naturally.
