Ingredients
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¾ cup Caesar dressing (creamy style)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra cheesy topping)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
12 oz pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prep & Bake the Chicken
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking dish.
Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
For a golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta
While chicken bakes, cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Parmesan Pasta Sauce
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 min).
Pour in chicken broth and cream, stirring until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
Toss pasta into the sauce, coating evenly.
Step 4: Serve
Plate creamy Parmesan pasta.
Slice baked Caesar chicken and serve on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan.
