Ingredients
2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar (or lemon juice )
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Chill for 15 minutes before serving for the best flavo
