Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Fresh dill or mint, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken with the mixture.
Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
For the tzatziki, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs.
