Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

2 green apples (Granny Smith works great – they add tartness and fiber)

2 cucumbers (hydrating and cooling for the body)

4 stalks of celery (rich in antioxidants and great for digestion)

2 handfuls of spinach (a powerhouse of nutrients and anti-inflammatory compounds)

1 lemon (boosts vitamin C and detoxifying properties)

1 knob of fresh ginger (about 1 to 2 inches – helps reduce inflammation and soothe digestion)
