Keto Snack Box Recipe

Ingredients:

2 boiled eggs, halved

1/2 avocado, sliced

6–8 cucumber slices

6–8 almonds

3–4 slices white cheese (like mozzarella or Havarti)

3–4 slices cantaloupe (or other low-carb melon)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil eggs for 8–10 minutes, peel, and slice in half.
  2. Slice avocado and cucumber.
  3. Arrange almonds, eggs, avocado, cucumber, cheese, and melon in a lunchbox or plate.
  4. Sprinkle eggs, avocado, and cheese with salt and pepper before serving.
